The Spring semester has officially started which means it’s time to get serious about my training for the cycling season. Here is the official workout schedule. If any one would like a copy of the workouts themselves feel free to ask.

Tuesday -
Cycling Aerobic Power Workout

Wednesday -
Lift 5:00-6:30
Spin 7:00-8:00

Thursday -
Cycling Aerobic Power Workout

Friday -
Body Weight Lift 3:30-4:30
Powersprints

Saturday -
Day Off/Easy Riding

Sunday -
Endurance Ride
