A lot of events popping up for the North American Handmade Bicycle Show weekend in Richmond, Virgina. Keith and myself with a few other Nashville riders as well as Halcyon Bike Shop will be there.

So the lineup for Bonnaroo 2010 is slowly being unveiled throughout the day on their mysapce page. Thus far, I’m not going to lie, it is quite disappointing. However, there are a couple interesting artists. To name a few: Punch Brothers, Ok Go, and Weezer. Honestly though, the so far released acts, as well as the leaks, give me impression that they could not come up with anything new for this year and decided to just with throw backs. I suppose time will tell.
Promising Updates: Manchester Orchestra, The National, Neon Indian
I was going through my abandoned photobucket and found some pictures of the Bicycle Film Festival in Memphis last summer. I subsequently realized that I had never posted any pictures from it. So, while this is nearly a year late, I figured it’s a good change from thinking about the winter weather. I am really anticipating summer.

I’ll be seeing the premier of this at the North American Handmade Bicycle Show at the end of the month (Richmond, VA). Can’t wait!
This was the most perfect Valentine’s Day ever! Keith had the whole day planned out. First we woke up, and he made me my favorite breakfast, egg samiches! Then I got ready because he said we had to leave by two. He didn’t tell me anything that we were doing ahead of time, so I had to just go along for the ride. We ended up at Opry Mills and watched Legion, this super creepy movie that I’ve been wanting to see. From there we continued to drive and ended up in the 12 South District. He acted like we were going to the bike shop, but instead we went to Blackbird Tattoo and got our engagement/promise rings tattooed on our left ring fingers (this is Keith’s first tattoo)! After that, we drove to the West End area where he had made reservations at Bricktops. Keith said he had more planned (i.e. going to the place we both first said “I love you” and started dating, having some drinks, and taking a cab home), but we partied hard the previous night and wanted nothing to do with alcohol. Everything was timed out so perfectly and planned so thoughtfully. Basically, I have the best boyfriend ever.
More and more events keep popping up for NAHBS weekend in Richmond. MASH is now hosting an alley cat Friday night. Saturday, before the Death Pedal 2 premier, COG Magazine is hosting a party and photo exhibition. And speaking of the Death Pedal 2 premier, the time and location have been changed to 9:00 at Mojos on W. Carey Street.
