You might recognize these as the same set that my Fast Pace Zine cover shot came from. Anyways, I figured they deserved their own post, and wanted to make sure my friend Ryan Green got proper credit for his work. Thanks for doing such a great job with these!

Last night we held our third Saturday Night Sprints in conjunction with an art show at The Nashville Bicycle Lounge. Sheppard Jones, Ryan McCauley, and Seth Reynolds all brought some pieces for the show. The race was the second in a series of four. The top four finishers receive points, and at the end of the series, points will be totaled to decide the overall winner. Last night provided another round of great races and good times. Big thanks to Yazoo Brewing Co for sponsoring the event, and be sure to come out to the next one! You can find more photos from the night here.

If you haven’t already, go give Volume Bike’s 700c/26″ catalog for the new year a look. They have a lot of great new things to get excited about for 2011! Check them out here.

For those of you who don’t know, I work at a bike shop called the Nashville Bicycle Lounge. It’s a really fun place with a very laid back atmosphere. We host monthly sprint races, parties, alley cats, and we’re really all about having fun on bikes and quality service. One of the many benefits of working here is that I have my full work bench available for working on my own bikes whenever I need to do so. So once my Resist parts came in the other day, I headed over to the shop to build up my new Volume Thrasher. While I was working on the build, Keith shot a few photos. Check the rest out below.

Here’s the bike check for my new Volume Thrasher. I had some fun on my ESB, but I have to say, it feels amazing to be on a fixed freestyle set up that actually FITS, and I must say, it fits perfectly. I feel so solid on this bike, and I’m loving it already! I have got to give a HUGE HUGE thanks to Volume for getting me on board, and Resist for helping me out with the build. I’m beyond pumped to continue working with Volume Bikes. Thanks again so much!
