Juliet decided to give 180′s a try and started hitting some out of this quarter.  This is insanely awesome!  I think I need to give some a try myself.   Photo by Dave Noakes.

Juliet put together some great interviews of female fixed gear riders from all realms (polo, fixed freestyle, and simply going fast) for the latest issue of Fixed Mag.  All the featured girls are really passionate about their riding, and the interviews really reflect that; it makes for a great read!  I’d definitely recommend getting your hands on a copy of Fixed Mag 7 and checking it out.  You did an awesome job with it, Juliet!  Photo by Dave Noakes.

Anna from Birmingham hit me up about a three day long bike event they’re throwing at the end of the month in conjunction with Bici Coop’s 2 year anniversary.  The weekend long event, held April 29th through May 1, will include a poster show, alley cat, and part swap.  Looks like it’ll be a good time, so if you’re in the area, be sure to check out the happenings!

The Red Bull Ride and Style, scheduled for the end of this month, is coming up quick! I just noticed that they have a riders page up, and thought it was pretty funny seeing mine.

My friend Kenny was recently hit by a truck that fled the scene after leaving him with a fractured skull and several other injuries. If you’re in the area, please be on the look out for the guy who hit him: black pick up truck with a reddish/orange trailer. If you see or know anything, please report it to the Murfreesboro Police so we can find this guy. Thanks! The full news story can be found here. Video via Rodney Dunigan of News Channel Five.
